Fitness


For the last week I have been working hard on building some stamina for the trip, the program consists of 7km of fast paced walking. 50 setups a day, 30 minutes of high impact aerobics and fairly simple weight exercises. With 800 km of driving for the first leg from Kuwait to Arar in SA, I better be in a good shape as muscles will get soar and cramps will be anticipated. I have also minimized my food intake and maximized my fluids intake
